Material Failure is defined as any defect, pitting or corroding, or breakage of the steel of the tips. Any tips found to have these types of defects will be replaced. Progressive Edge does not warranty instruments that break due to over or improper sharpening, dropped instruments, improper or over use, improper cleaning or sterilization, or normal wear and tear.

Progressive Edge Dental Services Inc. will accept returns for full cash refund on unused items within the first 30 days of purchase. All items returned between the 31st day and 1 year will be accepted for return for a credit towards new purchases.
